A dated, public-safe snapshot of active founder work. It shows the current direction and stage of each lane without turning daily tasks into announcements or presenting plans as completed outcomes.
The work sits at different stages. Status labels are intentional: operational work should not be confused with pilots, development activity or experiments.

Community delivery and preparation
D’Key Civic remains the public-facing community lane. Current work centres on maintaining credible delivery, preparing future family and community activity, strengthening local relationships and preserving evidence of what is actually delivered.
Public standardEvents and outcomes are recorded as delivered only after they occur.
The Academy of D’Key is being developed as a practical education platform. Current work focuses on course production, learner experience, access, completion systems and the discipline required for a credible pilot.
BoundaryNo recognised-university, degree-awarding or accredited-qualification claim is implied.
D’Key Digital is being shaped as a separately operated commercial digital-presence and systems branch. Current work is focused on launch readiness, client-facing quality, repeatable delivery and clean separation from civic and personal activity.
Commercial standardDevelopment status is not presented as established trading scale or revenue.
DwayneDKey.com is being expanded from a founder profile into a durable record: Story, Build Record, Founder Media, Selected Builds, Founder Notes and the evidence architecture required to backfill earlier history responsibly.
Archive standardPreserve source material privately first; publish selectively and with context.
Experimental local software, AI-assisted systems and interactive products continue to be tested. These builds are useful laboratories for learning and capability development, but remain prototypes unless a separate public record confirms release.
Experiment ruleA prototype can fail, change direction or be retired without being rewritten as a success.
Verified public markers, not a manufactured biography.
This timeline is intentionally incomplete. Earlier history is being backfilled from source material; only supportable milestones are treated as fixed public markers.

Source reconstruction before chronology.
Earlier projects, creative work, experiments and decisions are being reconstructed from retained files, photographs, correspondence, recordings and other source material. Unknown dates remain unknown until supportable.

Civic delivery
Community Children’s Easter Egg Hunt + Games delivered.
D’Key Civic delivered a family event at Christ Church Community Centre in Old Town, Swindon.
The founder site strengthened public-record wording and branch boundaries, including an explicit dormant-company correction rather than leaving a potentially misleading trading implication in place.
Across v21.3–v22.1, the founder site established and consolidated the Build Record, Founder Media, Founder Story, Selected Builds, Founder Notes, current-focus timeline and launch-candidate governance layer. The purpose is to preserve the middle of the journey while it is still happening.
This page is not a social feed. A lane should be updated when its stage, direction or public relevance materially changes. Superseded snapshots can be retained in the underlying archive so later success does not erase what was genuinely uncertain at the time.

Current chapter: still building.
The value of a founder timeline is not that it predicts the ending. It preserves what was true while the outcome was still uncertain.
